Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and the delivery option available at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared carefully before dispatch. Processing time may vary during weekends, holidays, launches or promotional periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged according to our return policy.

To be eligible, items should generally be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. Final exclusions will be listed before launch.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so our team can assist you.
