How do I choose the right size?＋
Use the measurements on our Size Guide and compare them with a garment your child already wears comfortably. If you are between sizes, consider the fit you prefer and the product description.
How can I check my order status?＋
After checkout, order and shipping updates are sent to the contact details provided at checkout. If you need help, use the Contact page and include your order number.
Can I change or cancel an order?＋
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If fulfillment has not started, we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
How do returns work?＋
Return eligibility, time limits and any exclusions are listed on our Shipping & Returns page. Please review that page before sending anything back.
Do colors look exactly the same in person?＋
We aim to show products accurately, but screens and lighting can make colors appear slightly different.
